To further enhance residents’ fire prevention awareness and emergency response capabilities, the Ontolo Management Office organized two fire safety activities in 2026. These included a fire drill and seminar held at Ontolo on 22 January 2026, and the recent “Tai Po Fire Station Visit Day” held on 9 August 2026, allowing residents to deepen their understanding of fire safety through hands-on participation and interactive experiences.
We would like to thank the Fire Services Department for its assistance in organizing the relevant activities. On the day of the “Tai Po Fire Station Visit Day”, residents and children actively participated in the visit to the fire station, where they were able to gain a close-up understanding of firefighters’ daily work and fire service equipment, and family fire prevention awareness could be enhanced too through joining this activity. The Ontolo Management Office has received a number of compliments from residents regarding this activity, we sincerely thank everyone for participation and support. We will continue to organize various educational activities to encourage active participation by all residents.
